Returns & Exchanges Policy
At TUSHEELA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy under the following terms:
1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or washing.
- The return request must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or damaged items (unless received defective).
- Items purchased on sale or clearance (if you want to allow sale returns, tell me and I’ll adjust this).
- Items damaged due to misuse.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos as proof.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is out of stock, store credit or refund may be provided.
- Customers may be responsible for delivery charges for exchanges unless the product was faulty.
6. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method (or bank transfer if applicable).
7. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service.
