Returns & Exchanges Policy

At TUSHEELA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy under the following terms:


1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or washing.
  • The return request must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or damaged items (unless received defective).
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (if you want to allow sale returns, tell me and I’ll adjust this).
  • Items damaged due to misuse.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos as proof.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, store credit or refund may be provided.
  • Customers may be responsible for delivery charges for exchanges unless the product was faulty.

6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method (or bank transfer if applicable).

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.
